I’m so happy to have found Dr Garcia! She’s helping me balance my hormones and get back into shape. It’s a rigorous process. You’ve got to be dedicated to improving your health, but it will work if you do the work. I’m only about 3 months in, but I feel confident that I will meet my goals. I reached a point in my life where what I’d done in the past was no longer working and I needed help! Dr Garcia is such a good listener. She answers all my questions and then adapts the plan based on my feedback.
